Tom Ben-Arye explains how the Good Food Institute’s new University course is empowering the next generation of alternative protein researchers.

The Good Food Institute is an international nonprofit reimagining meat production in order to make the global food system better for the planet, people, and animals. "Alternative meat proteins" include plant-based meat, cultivated meat, and fermentation. GFI understands that with these alternative proteins we can mitigate the environmental impact of our food system, decrease the risk of zoonotic disease, and ultimately feed more people with fewer resources.
